vRO Control Center Startup Option

A minor change I ran into was the changed behaviour of the (re)start settings.

vRealize Orchestrator 7.3 RBAC for Control Center

Previously you could set up Authentication but no RBAC configuration.
But now with the release of vRO 7.3, RBAC is introduced for vRO Control Center.
